A Concert I Enjoyed

What's up people~ As much as I love music and one of my biggest hobbies has become listening and discovering new things from time to time, to this day I still haven't got the chance to see any of my favorite bands the times they've come to Chile.

However, although they may not be anything near famous (yet), a memory I recall dearly is the one of having watched one of my best friends play with his band some time ago.

My pal Pablo is a great musician, he's been taking music classes since we were very young, but never was the kind of showing off what he could do. As a big Soda Stereo fan, it was only a matter of time till he formed a cover band with some other friends.

The first time I saw them was two years ago, during a little music fest that's done every year as one of the biggest traditions of the high school I went to. It was amazing. Our whole group was there, and of course we cheered them up like no one else from the front row.

As It was the first time I saw them play, I left really amazed from how talented people who I was used to see every day actually were. It was a great experience, and a great day after all.

I have seen them play two many times after that. At the last year’s iteration of the same event, and another one that’s done every two years and that’s bigger than that one; also last year. Sadly, I didn’t have the chance to go this year, but the first time is the one I remember the most, as it left me with a really strong impression; a newfound feeling of admiration towards them. It’s the kind of thing that inspires you to try even harder on your own projects and be better.
